Required Forms & Documents
To streamline check-in and minimize on-site paperwork, please complete the following forms before arrival — or bring printed signed copies if you prefer paper.

Liability Waiver — required for all participants.

Photo Release (Adults) — needed if you consent to being photographed or recorded.

Photo Release (Parents/Guardians for Minors) — required for attendees under 18.
Each form is available both as a fillable online form (recommended) and as a PDF you can download, print, sign, and bring to the registration booth.
How to Register & Submit Forms
